The wood used for this handcrafted cooking tool came from a Maple Tree that fell in The Great Derecho Storm of 2020 that hit Cedar Rapids, IA.  This storm took more than 50% of the tree canopy of Cedar Rapids, now we turn a tragedy into something beautiful and useful.

Handcrafted and finished with mineral oil and beeswax.
