The wood used for this handcrafted cooking tool came from an Oak Tree that fell in The Great Derecho Storm of 2020 that hit Cedar Rapids, IA.  This storm took more than 50% of the tree canopy of Cedar Rapids, now we turn a tragedy into something beautiful and useful.

Handcrafted and finished with mineral oil and beeswax.
